Thursday, Jan. 26, 2006. Below I fibbed. I’m not procrastinating. I’m changing my Web host to one that for the same monthly fee as the current one also has doodads that will allow me a fully functioning blog. I didn’t want the near-former contractor to know until some of the paperwork was signed. It’s virtual paper and virtual signatures, but still. … -30-
Excuse 7.23
Wednesday, January 25, 2006. Every time I procrastinate adding a new Brick, I have a new excuse. The reason this time is a redesign of this space. I thought it might be done today, but maybe the first of February is more realistic.
The Brick from its inception has had the only the most basic appearance of a simple Web log, and I’ve used it as one, blog as online journal. Brick though has had none of the technical benefits of blogs hosted or maintained by a blog service. Those advantages seem more advantageous now.
My New Year’s resolution — OK, my Jan. 20th resolution, procrastination, don’t you know — is for each Brick to be shorter and funnier. That will fit in with a new look. OK, this Brick is short. -30-
