		<description>Thanks for doing all this work. I think the main voter split will be that between those who feel comfortable paying the higher millage and those on low fixed income who must sacrifice from a tight budget to pay any new tax. And then some who KNOW that new buildings won&#039;t improve the quality of education and that this is a moment in history when raising this millage, which will hurt elderly homeowners the most, is not the right time.</description>
